February 23rd timeline:

• 2:00 - 3:30 -- Set up and check projects -- All projects must have been preregistered and paid.  Project boards and set-up must adhere to the ISEF guidelines and standards (http://www.societyforscience.org/page.aspx?pid=286) -- Students MUST stay by their project until checked by a safety officer.

• 3:30 - 5:30 -- Judging time -- Only students and judges are allowed on the floor during this time.  Students are expected to be here the entire time.

• 5:30 - 7:00 -- Fair is open to the public -- Invite everyone to come and see what amazing things the Cache Valley students have done. -- Students are invited to stay or leave.  Projects will be watched by volunteers.

• 7:00 -- Award Ceremony
