Volunteers Info.


To help February 23, 2012 run smoothly, there will be several committees established.  If you could help on one of the following committees, please fill out the form (Volunteer Form).

  • Set-Up Committee

    • 2:00 - 3:30 -- Help set up tables and help students find their spots.  Make sure that projects fill the safety guidelines (handouts will be given that day to committee members).  Help judges find the judges room.

      • 3 volunteers needed

  • Display and Safety Committee

    • 2:00 - 3:30 -- Go project-to-project and ensure that the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair guidelines and rules are followed in display set-up.  Check-off sheet will be handed out that day.

      • 3 volunteers needed

  • Judges Committee

    • 3:00 - 4:30 -- Set up judges room.  Layout treats and drinks.  Help judges find anything they need to be successful during the fair.

      • 3 volunteers needed

    • 4:30 - 6:00 -- Keep treats and drinks filled.  Collect forms and submit to the awards committee.  For judges staying until the award ceremony who do not know the area, help them find someplace local to eat.

      • 3 volunteers needed

    • 6:00 - 7:30 -- Keep treats and drinks filled until 6:45.  Clean up judges room and put things away.  (If these people want to attend the award ceremony, they could finish their job after the ceremony.

      • 2 volunteers needed

  • Hospitality Committee

    • 12:00 - 2:00 -- Treats and drinks needed for judges/volunteers room

      • As many as possible

  • Awards Ceremony Committee

    • 5:00 - 6:30 -- Put together the awards for the ceremony.  Need one person who is great at calligraphy if possible.

      • 3 volunteers needed
